Amberen review

We have HRT (hormone replacement therapy) on one side and natural remedies (Black Cohosh, Milk thistle etc) on the other. The first uses various medications to artificially stimulate your hormones while the last one can lessen some of the menopause symptoms but not all. Amberen is neither of them, it just helps your body to balance itself.

The short story

* Minor or no side effects. Some women reported increased hot flashes or mild headaches in the firth weeks of treatment but all these side effects disappeared shortly.

* Free trial option. Every woman is different so there’s absolutely no guarantee that Amberen is successful for all menopausal women. Try Amberen risk free and pay only if you think it’s worth it.

* No HRT. Amberen is not an invasive treatment and it’s no way similar to hormone replacement therapies. Instead it helps your body to produce its own hormone and to fix all the menopause symptoms from their roots.

* ON and OFF. You have to follow the 3-month course and then you can stop taking Amberen. Go back to it when the menopause symptoms kick back in – this can be anywhere from 3 to 6 months. You will have at least 6 months free of meds which is a big thumb up.

* Backed up by clinical trials and toxicology reports. Amberen was launched in 2006 but in 1971 was obtained the first success in the fight against menopause and in the next years the product was perfected to the Amberen we have today.

The details

* Amberen ingredients
This is where the basis of Amberen is established, in the ingredients list. You can’t have a successful product that works against menopause if the active ingredients do more harm than good. The proprietary blend consists of: Ammonium Succinate, Calcium Disuccinate, Monosodium L-Glutamate, Glycine, Magnesium Disuccinate Hydrate, Zinc Difumurate Hydrate and Tocopherol Acetate. Howerver, this is only the proprietary blend and besides them there are other ingredients that are found in Amberen: gelatin ( unfortunately they don’t state if it’s from vegetal or animal sources), rice flour, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Titanium Dioxide, riboflavin (vitamin B2), carmin (insect based coloring pigment) and water.

If you have an allergy to one of these ingredients it’s better to consult with your physician or to contact the company directly and then decide. I know it may sound like a cliché but you have enough on your mind with menopause and all to start concerning about allergy rashes.

One fact not many know is that Lunada Biomedical, the company behind Amberen, is the only one that has the proper means to create succinates and fumarates identical to the ones that are normally found in our bodies. In fact, all the ingredients used are bio-identical to the ones found in the body and this makes them more absorbable.

* How to take Amberen
This depends on the menopause symptoms you are experiencing; are they mild or you have headaches the size of Texas? When you will receive your order you will also get a test that will tell you which way to go. The regular dosage consists of two pills, a white and an orange one and for more advanced symptoms you will have to take a double dose.

Take your pills in the morning, after having your breakfast and you are done for the day. Follow the course for 90 days and have a 90 days break. As I’ve said earlier, the break period can be even 6-month long. When you start experiencing any menopause system it’s a sign that your body needs some help to fight it.

If you have a bad time with hot flashes or any another symptom linked to menopause Amberen is surely worth checking up.
